Maintenance Technician

We are recruiting for a new static maintenance assistant position to be based in London near Waterloo station. You will be working in a dedicated team and be working across an interesting portfolio of buildings including education settings, residential buildings, offices and the retail sector. This is the job for a multi skilled maintenance technician with a friendly and professional approach to join a well run and growing enterprise.  This is a Monday to Friday role, static, 35 hours per week.

Within this maintenance technician's role you will be performing a mix of PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks including:

Weekly and monthly PPMs

Emergency light testing

Water testing

Minor electrical maintenance

Plumbing duties

Fabric maintenance

Providing a triage assessment and liaising with specialist contractors 

To be successful as a Maintenance Technician we are looking for:

Knowledge and proven practical experience of delivering front line fabric/building maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, repairing fixtures and fittings.

A friendly and approachable attitude 

A recognised Maintenance Qualification Level 2 or above would be desirable
