Job Description
Due to continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager.

This position reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and involves daily liaison with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, HSEQ personnel, and subcontractors.

Main Duties:

* Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.

* Ensure all relevant permits are in place.

* Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.

* Liaise with main contractors and client-side teams.

* Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ, RAMS, PPE, and related standards.

* Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour on site.

* Manage labour and subcontractor activities.

* Handle relevant external correspondence.

* Order and manage day-to-day site materials.

* Update information for progress reports.

* Maintain document management systems.

* Manage project-specific scheduling.

* Communicate project changes to the team.

* Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.

Qualifications:

* Relevant trade qualification or further education in mechanical building services.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience.

* Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role.

* Strong people management skills.

* Project management experience beneficial.

* Computer literate with strong interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel when required.
