Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a dynamic, forward-thinking fit out contractor? Our client, a highly respected name in the commercial fit out sector, is seeking a talented Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team in London.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and profitable tenders across a range of commercial fit out projects. You’ll work closely with the pre-construction and project delivery teams to ensure bids are fully compliant, well-coordinated, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial fit out projects

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

*

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations

*

Produce BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions

*

Support value engineering exercises and identify cost-saving opportunities

*

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from tender to delivery

About You

*

Proven experience as an Estimator within commercial fit out or interiors

*

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing

*

Excellent analytical and numerical skills

*

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

*

Confident communicator with strong supplier and subcontractor relationship skills
