Landscaping Team Leader

Landscaping Team Leader for a company based just outside Ledbury. Permanent job paying to £34,255.00 per year + 20 Days Holiday (and Bank Holidays), overtime, pension and company van.

As the Landscaping Team Leader you will be:

* Responsible for and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers.

* Installing the soft landscaping on new build housing developments (show homes, sales areas and standard plots).

* Responsible for completing weekly van checks.

* Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to their high standards.

* Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.

To be considered as the Landscaping Team Leader you will need:

* A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience.

* Team leading experience.

* A good knowledge of plants and trees

* To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.

* Ideally your CSCS card.

* Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.

* A driving licence.
