The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Health & Safety professional to support a busy Facilities Management team. You’ll help ensure all projects and contractor activities are delivered safely, while building strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct targeted Health & Safety inspections and ensure actions are completed
*
Gather data and produce clear reports on safety performance
*
Identify issues and develop practical safety solutions
*
Influence and support teams to maintain compliance
*
Lead investigations and produce statistics/analysis
*
Champion best practice across all FM projects
*
Plan regular visits across UK sites
*
Take ownership of your workload and priorities
What You’ll Bring

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
*
Experience in construction or project environments
*
Understanding of audit processes
*
Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma (L6), CSCS card, ISO 45001/14001 auditing qualification
