Operations Director
Based near Slough, this principal construction contractor has a strong reputation for delivering high-end interior fit-out & new build projects across a range of sectors
Their client list boasts several high-profile brands, with project values typically ranging from £1 million to £25m, delivered across the Home Counties & into the Midlands.
The company is exceptionally well-run, lean, free from corporate bureaucracy, and has ambitious but sustainable plans for continued expansion.
To support the next growth phase, the board is seeking to appoint an Operations Director to work closely with the MD & Commercial Director.
We’re looking for someone who is/has :
* Degree Qualified
* Experience working as a Senior Operations Manager/ Senior Contracts Director /Operations Director within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Construction contractor
* Experience dealing with clients at Director level
* Experience managing large project teams
* Client Account & Project planning experience
* Strong commercial management experience & contractual awareness.

Package highlights:
Base salary £110k–£140k DOE, with executive car/car allowance, pension, private medical and a performance bonus up to 40%, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
