The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-value projects, we are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious QS looking to build a long-term career within the super prime sector, working on exceptional residential schemes ranging from boutique refurbishments to multi-million-pound luxury developments.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full commercial lifecycle across super prime residential and luxury fit-out projects.

Prepare, manage, and review tender documentation, cost plans, and bills of quantities.
*
Conduct accurate valuations, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts.
*
Work closely with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain rigorous cost control.
*
Undertake procurement of subcontractors and materials in line with project budgets and timelines.
*
Ensure commercial and contractual compliance across all projects.
*
Provide clear, timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
*
Support the business in developing commercial strategies for future growth.
Skills & Experience Required
*
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within main contracting, ideally with exposure to luxury residential or high-end fit-out sectors.
*
Strong understanding of JCT contracts and standard cost management processes.
*
Exceptional attention to detail and passion for delivering work to the highest standard.
*
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and manage changing priorities.
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred).
*
Full UK driving licence (due to travel within London & the Home Counties).
