Surveyors Required !!!

Senior Surveyor required – Salary: Up to £62,000
Surveyor required – Salary: Up to £46,200Location: Southampton & Eastleigh & surrounding areas.

RG Setsquare Recruitment, Southampton branch, are recruiting for a Surveyors for an established Housing Association in Eastleigh.

Requirements:

Senior Surveyor – Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline (RICS approved or working towards associate member with experience in acting as an expert witness in court proceedings)

Surveyor – Relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification.

For both roles, a you will require a Full driving licence and access to your own transport with appropriate business insurance, or ability to travel in a timely and efficient manner to attend meetings in locations not easily accessed by public transport

You'll ensure their customers' well-being remains at the heart of everything you do and that they continue to receive a service second to none – it's priority that they're supported throughout their tenancy and their homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard.

No two days will be the same in either role, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you'll take ownership of surveying their properties within Eastleigh, Southampton and surrounding areas.
