Area Cleaning Manager – Glasgow & West Scotland

Salary: £35,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits

We are working with a leading cleaning services provider to recruit an experienced Area Cleaning Manager to oversee multiple commercial sites across Glasgow and the West. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated manager with strong organisational and people skills to join a well-established and growing business.

The Role

As Area Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across your contract portfolio. Your duties will include:

Managing multiple commercial sites across Glasgow & the West

*

Leading, supporting and developing onsite cleaning teams

*

Conducting site audits, quality checks and compliance inspections

*

Managing staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding and training

*

Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained

*

Building strong client relationships and addressing any service issues

*

Monitoring budgets, ordering supplies and managing equipment

*

Reporting performance metrics and driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

*

Experience as an Area Cleaning Manager, Cleaning Supervisor, Facilities Supervisor or similar

*

Background in commercial cleaning or soft FM

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise effectively

*

Full UK driving licence

*

A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to service excellence
