Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a Project Management and Quantity Surveying consultancy, they specialise within the hospitality sector working with some of the UKs largest hospitality chains from high end restaurants to bars and pubs as well as private independent boutique outfits.

Duties will involve:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, SoW documents, and tender documentation (further training can be provided on this element)
Manage budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Perform site measurements, valuations, and cashflow forecasting.
Work closely with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid over spends. For this role it is desirable to hold a qualification in quantity surveying or a related field, but we will still review applicants who do not hold this.
