Senior Project Manager

A respected construction consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile projects in the commercial and education sectors. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, overseeing teams and managing key client accounts across the West Midlands.

The Senior Project Manager will work on a mix of refurbishment and new build schemes, with opportunities to progress into Associate level.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will manage planning, cost control, procurement and client engagement. You'll guide internal teams and ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

The Senior Project Manager

6+ years' consultancy experience

Construction-related degree

MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM essential

Experience with JCT and NEC contracts

Sector experience in education or healthcare
