Assistant Site Manager – Fitout | 9-Month Contract | Start January
Location: Hospital Project (Healthcare experience not essential)

A leading Main Contractor is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a major hospital fitout project. This role is well suited to someone confident with, site administration and handling site inductions, while supporting day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and deliver site inductions

* Handle admin and daily “laptop” tasks

* Maintain site documentation and reporting

* Support the Site Manager with fitout coordination

Requirements

* Fitout experience highly preferred

* Strong administrative and IT skills

* Good communicator, organised and proactive

* Hospital / healthcare experience beneficial but not required
