Project Manager – Prime Residential (Temp to Perm)
Location: Hampstead, London

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-end prime residential project in Hampstead. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a professional with a strong background in luxury residential construction, including basement works.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day project delivery on a prime residential scheme.

Manage contractors, programmes, budgets, and quality standards.

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progression.

*

Ensure all works meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and compliance.

*

Drive project milestones, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.

Requirements

*

Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects, ideally in London.

*

Demonstrable expertise in basement construction and complex structural works.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and uphold premium quality standards.

*

Available for an immediate or short-notice start.
