Key Responsibilities:
– Erect and install steel structures, following drawings and specifications
– Operate and maneuver steel components into place
– Secure steel components using bolts, welds, or other fixing methods
– Work at heights and in various weather conditions
– Collaborate with other trades and engineers
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
– Relevant steel erection qualification (e.g., CSCS, CISRS)
– 2+ years' experience as a Steel Erector
– Strong understanding of steel structures and erection techniques
– Excellent spatial awareness and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
