Estimator – Interior Fit Out's

Are you an experienced Estimator, with a background of working on Interior Fit Out projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional interior fit outs business, who are currenlty on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to join them on a permanent basis based in the gloucestershire area. As as Estimator you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of the business, by providing accurate estimates of the scope and costs of works of our upcoming projects.

What are we looking for?

* Prior estimating experience on refurbishment/fit out projects

* Excellent commercial knowldge

* Strong communication and writing skills

* Full UK's driving license

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyse architectural drawings, engineering documents, and scopes of work.

* Identify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor needs.

* Determine costs for materials, labor, equipment, overhead, and profit margins.

* Send bid invitations to subs and suppliers.

* Work with project managers, engineers, and architects to clarify design or scope questions.

* Compile final bids for submission to clients or general contractors.
