Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Worcester (office-based with flexibility; projects within 1 hour of Worcester)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity
We’re recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a respected residential developer in their Worcester office. Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you’ll support the financial and contractual management of multiple housing developments across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the commercial function on multiple residential schemes
Prepare budgets, cost plans, valuations, and cost reports
Procure subcontractors and support negotiations
Manage payments, variations, and contract administration
Monitor project costs and challenge overspend
Work with construction and technical teams to support project delivery
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

What We’re Looking For
HNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Experience as an Assistant QS or Quantity Surveyor within residential construction
Good commercial awareness and strong communication skills
Understanding of construction processes and standard forms of contract
Ambition to progress towards Senior Quantity Surveyor
RICS/CIOB membership (or working towards) is beneficial
