Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus package

Role & Responsibilities

Manage the site of a new build apartments / housing site (5 units in total)
Manage subcontractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed
Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered to
Conduct site reports for the contracts manager
Lead site meetings when required
Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks

Established main contractor who work on housing, care homes and commercial builds
Quality is of paramount importance
Medium sized contractor
Required Knowledge & Experience

Previous experience as a no2 on larger schemes or a no1 Site Manager on similar projects
JCT and NEC experience
Full UK driving license.
CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
NVQ Level 6 preferred
Enhanced DBS checked to be completed prior to start
