Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the production of architectural design proposals for a variety of healthcare projects, developing it from concept through to design.
-Create concise technical drawings, models, construction documentation, and specifications, following current regulations and policies.
-Work alongside multidisciplinary consultants to efficiently implement all elements of constructability maintenance, design, and performance reports and reviews.
-Build and maintain rapport with clients, allowing for effective communication, to present design concepts, respond to feedback, and maintain overall quality.
Requirements:
-Qualification in Architecture with 2-3+ years of experience working as an Architect.
-Impressive portfolio of previous works, demonstrating strong design capabilities within healthcare architecture projects.
-Strong understanding of relevant software tools, such as Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD, with a good grasp of construction documentation production and specification writing.
-Solid acknowledgement of current building regulations, accessibility, planning law, health and safety, fire policies, and sustainability standards.
-Effective communication and presentation skills, with an ability to collaborate with other project professionals, clients, and other relevant professionals.
-Must have strong organisation skills, with a problem-solving and proactive approach, with the ability to manage and oversee several concurrent projects
