Crewit Resourcing is seeking an experienced Stonemason / Plasterer to join its construction and heritage works team in County Kerry, supporting both new-build civil engineering works and restoration/maintenance of existing structures.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality stonemasonry and plastering works on modern and heritage structures
Dress, cut, shape and install natural or reconstituted stone
Perform restoration, repair, and new-build work using lime mortars and traditional materials
Install plaster finishes, stone details, mouldings, and structural stonework
Work from technical drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions
Prepare work areas and ensure compliance with all safety procedures
Maintain accurate work records and support OPW quality standards
Operate small plant and access equipment where authorised

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in stonemasonry and/or plastering
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling
Proven ability to work on both heritage and modern construction projects
Strong knowledge of lime mortars, natural stone, and traditional building methods
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
