Are you a highly organised and proactive coordinator with a passion for sustainability, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement? We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to support our clients team in delivering innovative water efficiency solutions across residential, commercial, and public-sector environments.

In this pivotal role, you will support Project and Programme Managers, manage day-to-day operational activity, liaise with clients and installation teams, and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery of multiple projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Assist Project Managers with developing project documentation including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.

Meet with project clients to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines.

Oversee and support the full project procurement process.

Monitor project progress, performance, and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Ensure resources are available and coordinated effectively across your assigned projects.

Key Tasks & Duties

Produce accurate client and internal reports.

Liaise with the Resource Manager to allocate project resources efficiently.

Build and maintain strong client relationships; attend regular update calls and compose professional correspondence.

Handle customer and client queries promptly and effectively.

Coordinate with labour/installation teams and Regional Operations Managers to ensure smooth delivery.

Flag risks, issues, or delays to Project/Programme Managers.

Track and update required water savings for each allocated project.

Plan and implement water efficiency projects from scope-setting through to completion.

Schedule project timelines and manage CRM reports and daily installer performance.

Conduct quality assurance checks and report regularly to the Operations Team.

Track project performance, manage budgets, and arrange site visits where required.

Attend weekly operations meetings to review progress, risks, and performance.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Data Protection (GDPR), and relevant legislation.

Manage stock, assist with invoicing, and review subcontractor/agency invoices.

Key Performance Indicators

Customer and client queries resolved efficiently.

Projects delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Positive customer and client feedback.

Accurate, timely submission of reports and documentation.

Compliance Requirements

Adhere to all company quality and environmental management systems.

Understand environmental impacts associated with the role and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Ensure all project activity is fully GDPR compliant.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Required

Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
