Position:            BMS Manager

Company: Established M&E Contractor delivering large-scale commercial projects.

Role Overview:

The BMS Manager will report to the Project Director and lead the delivery of BMS elements from design through commissioning across multiple projects. Acting as a key ambassador for the client, the role requires upholding core values: integrity, dependability, safety, pride, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day BMS project delivery.

Support and guide Project Engineers.

Develop cost-effective and innovative delivery methods.

Adopt new technologies to improve safety and efficiency.

Oversee commercial delivery with project teams.

Manage project programmes, report progress, and mitigate delays.

Provide executive-level reporting to senior management.

Support bid teams to secure new projects.

Offer technical BMS guidance across the business.

Lead procurement and management of BMS subcontract packages.

Undertake additional reasonable tasks as assigned.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Deep understanding of the BMS Manager role.

Strong commercial awareness.

Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.

Ability to assess team strengths and development needs.
