Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager
Location: Maidstone, Kent (Office-Based with frequent London site visits)
Salary: £70K per year
The Role:
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will lead both employed staff and subcontractors in delivering live HVAC and plumbing projects, managing the full project lifecycle from enquiry to handover.

Oversee multiple mechanical projects across plumbing and heating systems.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Review technical specifications and ensure installations comply with regulatory and client standards.
*
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
*
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues.
*
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and services are delivered efficiently.
*
Maintain strong relationships with long-standing customers and subcontractors.

The Ideal Candidate:

5–10 years’ experience in mechanical building services, specialising in plumbing and heating systems.
*
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
*
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
*
Relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred).
*
Full UK driving licence.
