A Global, multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its established London team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and technically strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across major UK projects within the commercial, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors, delivering tailored cost and commercial solutions for a diverse client base.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative, people-focused practice that prides itself on technical excellence, client care, and innovative project delivery. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage your own portfolio from early stages through to completion, provide strategic cost advice, lead procurement activities, and support the development of junior colleagues, all while playing a key role in ensuring exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, cost plans, feasibility reports, and tender documentation
* Lead procurement processes and advise on procurement strategies
* Administer contracts and oversee change control procedures
* Produce financial reports, monitor budgets, and ensure robust cost control
* Support value engineering exercises and contribute to risk management
* Mentor and guide junior team members, encouraging progression and APC success
* Attend client and project meetings, presenting commercial updates where required

Candidate Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
* Chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards achieving chartership
* Strong track record operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a UK consultancy
* Excellent understanding of UK construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC
* Project exposure across sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, commercial, or education
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing capabilities
* Highly organised, commercially aware, and proactive in resolving project challenges
