Project Manager

A respected construction consultancy in Manchester is seeking a driven Project Manager to join their expanding northern team. The Project Manager will work across commercial and education schemes, managing project lifecycles from feasibility to completion. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to work on diverse regional projects while developing professionally.

With strong client demand across Greater Manchester, the consultancy is looking for a Project Manager who can hit the ground running and build long-term client relationships.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will deliver end-to-end project services including procurement, planning, contract admin and stakeholder liaison. You'll oversee project delivery against programme and cost plans.

The Project Manager

3+ years' experience in a consultancy setting

BSc in Construction, Project Management or similar

Ideally working towards chartership (MRICS/MAPM)

Good knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts

Experience in education or public sector is beneficial
