Job Title: Junior Building Physics Consultant
Location: York
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000

To be successful within this Junior Building Physics Role you will undertake:
– Conducting building physics assessments and energy modeling for residential projects.
– Conduct On Construction Domestic Energy Assessments
– Ensure compliance with Part L and Part O of the Building Regulations.
– Calculating Psi values for thermal bridging and providing solutions to improve energy efficiency.
– Collaborating with design and engineering teams to integrate sustainable and energy-efficient practices.
– Preparing detailed reports and providing recommendations for energy performance improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in building physics or a related field.
– Certified OCDEA professional.
– Strong understanding of Part L and Part O Building Regulations.
– Proficient in calculating Psi values and conducting building physics assessments
