The Role:
We are seeking two Preconstruction Managers to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional projects for our clients. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that values creativity, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead preconstruction activities from initial client engagement through to project handover.
Develop and manage tender strategies, cost plans, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Drive value engineering and innovative approaches to meet project objectives.What We're Looking For:

Background: Ideally from a Design & Build environment, with experience in commercial office fit-out required, but we will also consider exceptional Quantity Surveyors with strong commercial acumen and excellent client facing skills
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills are essential. Technical skills can be developed internally, but interpersonal excellence is non-negotiable.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
