With a strong reputation for creating imaginative, design-focused schemes across the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors, the practice is continuing to expand and is looking for a motivated, detail-driven individual to contribute to a varied portfolio of high-quality projects.

Produce accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation
Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
Carry out site visits and provide technical support throughout construction stages
Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standardsSkills & Experience

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
Strong AutoCAD proficiency; Revit experience highly beneficial
Experience working on residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Strong communication, coordination, and organisational abilities
