Develop concept designs and technical drawings
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:

Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK Practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong design and technical skills
Strong attention to detail
