In this role you will be working with one of Europe’s leading dedicated data centre delivery partners, is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join our high-performing project team in Sintra, Lisbon.

In this position, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver all Electrical works across a major project, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, schedule, and performance. This is a key leadership role working alongside multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive productivity through effective weekly and daily work planning.

* Coordinate electrical design efforts with internal engineering, BIM, and subcontractor teams.

* Supervise all Electrical installation works, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

* Track labour, resources, and materials; manage long-lead procurement forecasting.

* Lead weekly meetings with supervisors, foremen, Safety, QA, and BIM teams.

* Review, track, and close out project documentation and foremen reports.

* Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with project goals.

* Prepare comprehensive weekly reporting, including incidents, schedule updates, lookaheads, procurement, variation logs, and risk notifications.

Requirements

* 10+ years’ experience managing major Electrical projects (commercial, industrial, large-scale developments).

* Data centre project experience highly advantageous.

* Engineering qualification preferred.

* Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
