Finishing Manager

I'm currently working with a residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager, for their residential scheme based in South London.
You will be responsible for overseeing a block of 30 apartments, taking them from 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors on site, health and safety is met and reporting into the Project Manager on site. Trade background is preferred and you must have a good eye for detail and a track record of delivering units.
This is a 5 month role and start on 5th January, with interviews taking place next week. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid cert.
