In this role, you'll pass on your industry knowledge to learners on Electrical Installation courses, delivering both practical and theoretical sessions. You will receive full teacher training, structured CPD, and clear routes to progress into curriculum development, senior lecturer roles or management within the department.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrician with an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. Teaching experience is not required as full training and support will be provided. What matters most is a passion for your trade and the desire to help develop the next generation of electricians.

The Role:
*Full teacher training
*Teach and support learners across Levels 1-3
*Deliver both practical and classroom-based Electrical Installation sessions
*Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (early finish Fridays)

The Person:
*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*Looking to move off the tools into a full-time teaching role
*Passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation
