Are you an experienced Heat Pump Installer looking to step up into a leadership role? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Air Source Heat Pump Manager to help us build and lead a brand-new division within our growing business. This is a rare opportunity for an installer with strong technical knowledge to take ownership of a new department and help shape how we deliver high-quality ASHP installations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of our new air source heat pump installation division.

* Oversee all technical elements of ASHP installation, commissioning, fault-finding and maintenance.

* Act as the senior technical authority on-site and provide guidance to engineers and apprentices.

* Carry out surveys, specification checks and ensure every install meets industry standards.

* Support operational planning, job scheduling and quality assurance across all projects.

* Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.

* Work with senior management to help grow the division and ensure safe, compliant delivery.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Strong hands-on installation experience with air source heat pumps.

* Solid understanding of commissioning, diagnostics, and system performance optimisation.

* Experience guiding or mentoring other engineers, or interest in moving into leadership.

* Good knowledge of MCS standards and current heat pump regulations.

* A practical, solution-focused approach and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

* A desire to progress into a management-level role within the renewables sector.
