Site Manager

Ready to take the lead on an exciting new-build residential project? A respected housebuilder is searching for a driven Site Manager to oversee their housing development, located on the outskirts of Norwich.

This is your chance to step into a role where quality, safety, and exceptional customer experience sit at the heart of everything you do. You’ll be the on-site figurehead, coordinating trades, maintaining first-class standards, and ensuring the build moves smoothly from groundworks to handover.

What you’ll be doing:

* Leading day-to-day site operations with confidence and clarity

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to high standards

* Monitoring H&S compliance and fostering a safe working environment

* Driving programme targets while maintaining outstanding build quality

* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

* Keeping records, reports, and site documentation up to date

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience managing residential new-build housing sites

* Strong leadership skills that inspire your team to deliver excellence

* Solid understanding of NHBC standards and construction processes

* A proactive mindset with great communication and problem-solving ability

* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications
