We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Berkshire that specializes in delivery of social housing project across the South. Due to a current employee relocating they are currently seeking a Site Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to run a 7 unit housing project in Greenwich.

Requirements:

CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid

*

At least 3 years experience running housing schemes as the No.1 on site

*

Based within an hours commute of Greenwich
