Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Project Manager vacancy in the Central Belt of Scotland.

Our client, a leading workplace design and fit-out specialist, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their dynamic team within the Central Belt division. This is a key role with responsibility for delivering high-quality office interior fit-out and refurbishment projects, offering the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of complex commercial environments across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the delivery of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
– Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
– Liaise with clients, subcontractors, designers, and site teams to coordinate works effectively
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites
– Oversee procurement, placing orders, and managing subcontractor packages
– Conduct regular progress meetings and provide detailed project updates to stakeholders
– Monitor quality assurance processes, ensuring projects meet design and specification requirements
– Identify and secure variations, control costs, and drive margin improvements
– Contribute to problem-solving and proactive management of project challenges

What You Bring:
– Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
– Proven experience as a Project Manager within interior fit-out and refurbishment projects
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety, and project delivery standards
– Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
– Commercial awareness with experience in cost control and contract administration
– A proactive approach to leadership, problem-solving, and delivering results
– Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the Central Belt of Scotland
