Finishing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee external finishing works on a residential apartment development in Rotherhithe. This role requires someone who can start immediately and manage the project through to completion in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee finishing works to external areas, including the car park, communal spaces, landscaping, pathways, and other shared outdoor zones.

* Ensure all works meet the required quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

* Coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health & safety guidelines.

* Conduct regular inspections, snagging, and sign-off processes.

* Report progress to the site management team.

Essential Requirements:

* Strong experience as a Finishing Manager or similar role on residential developments.

* Excellent attention to detail is a must, particularly with high-quality external finishing works.

* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain clear communication on a busy site.

* Valid CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS essential.
