Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ipswich, Hybrid.
Salary: £40,000- £45,000.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm. 37.5 hours per week.

Aldwych Consulting are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a fast-growing construction consultancy, located in Ipswich, Suffolk. They pride themselves on being ambitious, with a people-first culture, and some of the best benefits in the market.
The Vacancy:

You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including healthcare, education and commercial.

Skills Required:

Cost planning & valuations.
Change control & contract administration.
Procurement support.
Interim & final accounts.
Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
JCT and NEC experience.
