About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the cladding remediation works at Batwa House in Bermondsey. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a key safety-focused scheme within a thriving London regeneration area.

The successful candidate will manage all daily site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of the external façade and cladding replacement works. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance, driving programme progress, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all on-site activities related to cladding remediation

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and fire safety protocols

* Manage subcontractors, materials, logistics, and workforce

* Monitor progress and maintain accurate site documentation and reporting

* Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure corrective actions when required

* Liaise proactively with clients, residents, project teams, and stakeholders

* Ensure the project is delivered to programme, to budget, and to the required standards

Requirements

* Proven experience managing cladding, façade, or external envelope works

* Strong knowledge of fire remediation processes and current building regulations

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification

* Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving ability

* Able to work effectively in occupied or sensitive residential environments
