A great new opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Supervisor to join a social housing contractor on a temp to perm basis based in Enfield. The hourly rate is £27 per hour CIS with a company van and fuel card supplied. You will be required to supervise a team of trade operatives and subcontractors.
Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week Mon – Fri 8am – 17:00pm
The successful candidate will:
Mentor and supervise a multi disciplined trades team
Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets
Be responsible for achieving contract excellence
Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleaguesYou will be supplied with a van and fuel card
