Banksman / Traffic Marshal

Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: £17–£18 per hour
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Banksman / Traffic Marshal to support vehicle and plant movement on a busy site in Milton Keynes. This role is key to ensuring safe operations and clear communication across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and direct vehicle and plant movements

Maintain clear radio or visual communication with drivers

*

Follow all site safety rules and procedures

*

Identify and report hazards or unsafe activity

Requirements

*

Valid Banksman / Traffic Marshal certificate

*

Strong communication skills and solid understanding of site safety

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*

Previous construction or industrial site experience preferred
