Site Manager Needed In Sheffield!
We are currently on the lookout for a Site Manager to assist our valued client in Sheffield, S2.
This project is a new apartment block in Sheffield, the project has been underway for around 2 years, moving into it's final phase, and require someone competent in managing multiple trades.
The site will be in the process of the 2nd fix in the new year before moving onto the final fix, so you essentially will be managing the fit out phase. (This includes the carpets, kitchens, some general electrical work, minor civils outside and some other bits.)
We're looking for a proactive site manager, who is confident in signing off different areas of work, not someone who will just sit around the office all day.
The project is expected to run on towards the end of March time, so will be around 3 months work starting on the 5th January 2026.
* CSCS (Essential)
* SMSTS (Essential)
* Multi Trade Background (Preferred)
* Experience managing multiple trades (Essential)
