We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide cover over the Christmas period on a roofing repair project on a legacy scheme in Greenwich. As the project lead on site, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are delivered safely and to programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site activities and supervise workforce and subcontractors

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and site protocols

*

Monitor progress, report to the project team, and maintain site documentation

*

Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction (roofing experience advantageous)

*

Strong understanding of H&S legislation and site compliance

*

SMSTS and First Aid essential

*

Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain project momentum over a short-term period
