About the Project

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead an 18-week restoration project on a prestigious residential block in Kensington. The works will focus on external restoration, including masonry repairs and external stone decoration. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee a high-profile project with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all works progress safely, on time, and to specification.

* Oversee external restoration activities including masonry repairs, façade works, stone decoration, and associated trades.

* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to programme.

* Maintain excellent communication with the client, project team, residents, and local stakeholders.

* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.

* Monitor progress, produce site reports, and address issues proactively to keep the project on track.

* Ensure high-quality workmanship throughout all stages of the restoration process.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on external restoration, heritage, or façade projects.

* Strong knowledge of masonry repair methods, stone restoration, and external finishing.

* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to manage a busy residential site professionally and with minimal disruption to occupants.

* Available to start on 5th January and attend pre-start meetings prior to Christmas if required.
