Salary: £55,000 – £75k + Car Allowance, Healthcare, Car or Car Allowance, Bonus

Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable and progressive main contractor who operates across a variety of sectors including education, commercial, and heritage typically valuing from £500k – £3m on a range of refurbishment projects.

Due to recently securing several new projects across our client is now seeking an Quantity to join the expanding commercial department.

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Preparation of subcontract and material orders.

* Monthly CVR’S

* Variations

* Monthly payments to both suppliers / subcontractors.

* Administration of contract records

* Preparation of final accounts.

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or construction related qualification.

* Team player

* Strong communication kills

* Conversant with MS Office packages

* Previous experience in an QS role with a main contractor.

* Experience in refurbishment projects £500k – £3m.

* Working knowledge of JCT suite of contracts including design & build
