Kedro are looking for a Building Services Manager for an up and coming main contractor that operate with £600+ million turnover and have multiple projects in the works across London.
* Healthcare, Life Science and Commercial projects
* Running M&E side
* £10m-£20m M&E Value
* £90k-£95k salary plus package
* Past experience as Technical Services Manager/ Building Services Manager/ Electrical Project Director/ Mechanical Project Director/ Electrical Contracts Manager/ Mechanical Contratcts Manager would be handy. Or of course a Senior Contracts Manager.
