We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our clients team in Glouscester for an office and factory fit out.
Day rate: £350 per day.
Contract length: 18 weeks starting 5th Jan – potentially longer.
Scope of work includes:
– Office and factory demo / strip out.
– M&E installations including gas, AC, ventilation, lighting and power.
– Civils including crane base foundations.
– Interior and exterior cladding.
– Office fit out package including joinery, flooring, glazing, plumbing etc.
– Factory fit out package including new RSD's, whitewalls, floor coastings etc.
Living local to the job would be ideal but not essential as accomodation would be paid
