Senior Site Manager / Project Manager (Construction)

I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Construction Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee a £multi-million high-end “deluxe” property build near Rhyl. This is a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious new build project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and finishing on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with Subcontractors, Architects, and all Stakeholders to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards
- Monitor progress, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Manage and set expectations with the client, and all Subcontractors
- To be considered for this opportunity, you must have extensive experience in new-build construction, particularly in high-end residential projects.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-pound projects to completion.
- Strong knowledge of high-spec finishings and the highest standards of quality, and have fantastic communication and leadership skills
