MEP Project Manager – Data Centres

We are recruiting an experienced MEP Project Manager to support the on-site delivery of hyperscale data centre projects in Norway.

This role is responsible for managing the construction and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will oversee multiple MEP contractors, manage technical coordination, and ensure systems are delivered safely, to programme, and to mission-critical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site MEP delivery across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls packages

Coordinate interfaces between MEP systems and wider building disciplines

*

Review designs, submittals, and method statements, and carry out site inspections

*

Manage commissioning activities, testing, documentation, and handover

*

Track progress against programme and report on cost, quality, risk, and performance

*

Chair MEP coordination meetings and manage contractor performance

Requirements

*

6+ years’ experience delivering MEP scopes on data centre or mission-critical projects

*

Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering

*

Strong technical understanding of power, cooling, HVAC, controls, and fire protection systems

*

Proven experience managing contractors on complex projects

*

Solid knowledge of commissioning and operational readiness

*

Fluent English

*

Willingness to work site-based in Norway (rotation, travel, or relocation)
