TSR Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Lincoln based main contractor with an exceptional reputation and long trading history. Due to growth and future pipeline of work, this contractor is looking to add a Health and Safety Advisor to its team, covering projects across Lincolnshire.  

This is a permanent role, operating across Lincolnshire and will be hands on, travelling to construction sites. Construction experience is a required for this role and may suit a site manager or supervisor looking for a career in H&S

The Role

Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Give competent advice and support to Site Managers
Carry out inspections and report findings
Establish working relationships with delivery team
Audits and meetings
The Person

Must have construction experience
Strong communication, Verbal and written
NEBOSH (Construction)
Full UK Driving licence
Auditing experience
Knowledge of/experience working to OSHAS 18001 (ISO 45001)
Remuneration

£50k Plus car allowance, laptop and phone
