About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and budgets for refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion. You'll ensure value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
Oversee procurement and tendering processes.
Monitor project progress and manage variations.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Quantity Surveying or similar).
